At first, this song was puzzling to me. The lyrics didn’t make sense to me. I looked it up to discover that it was inspired by the true story of a woman who’s baby died when he was two months old of a heart condition. It expresses her feeling of grievance but also her faith that all things work together for good. It’s also a song that I feel evokes a feeling of the belief that it’s possible that we or others can be unfairly treated. This is a very deep belief so anything that helps to mirror and flush this belief out of hiding is very helpful indeed! I hope you find this song healing!
